ABHYANGA  

Abhyanga is very important in the fall and winter month, but great for all year long.   So many benefits include: Flushes toxins from the lymphatic system, softens the skin to a healthy glow, tones muscles, reduces anxiety and depression, promotes flexibility, protects skin from pathogens, increases stamina, promotes healthy sleep.

How to:  Place the bottle of oil in a cup of hot water to warm it.  Start with feet, and work your way up making straight motions toward the heart on legs and arms and circular motions on head and especially joints. Spend extra time where nerve endings are located, ie, soles of feet, palms of hand.  Let absorb into skin.  Then shower.  Tip:  for restless nights, rub oil on the soles of your feet, wear socks, and drift to sleep....
