You have carried baby inside you and made the most beautiful connection. Now that baby is born, you feel so blessed. Baby is delicate and so are you! You, mom, have much invisible healing to do for your body. Setting yourself up immediately after labor with an Ayurdoula is a wonderful way to regain your vitality.
In Ayurveda, we have a word called Ojas. This is the nectar inside our very being that gives us energy and happiness. During labor and childbirth, Ojas can get depleted. It is with love and care that I offer in-home services, allowing the new mother to feel strong and empowered through massage, food and herbal remedies.
Ideally, postpartum care should start 24 hours after birth, so mom is allowed to replenish her nervous system.

Basic Ayurvedic Doula Care
Registration, Ayurvedic Postpartum Consultation and Daily Assessment

Nurturing Massage for Mom and instruction on baby massage
Gentle Yoga Postpartum and Restorative Asanas
3 day, 5 hour minimum each day $35 an hour
