About Me

Connie Mardon, AMP: Monterey, California, United States; Offering easy body, mind and spirit cleansing programs. Now offering Ayurdoula services, postpartum care. Specializing also in Cleanses: From one day a week cleanse, giving your system a break, to a two-week cleanse while you still work and perform daily functions, and finally the resident more indepth Panchakarma. I teach Yoga and Tribal Belly Dance, Private or Group classes. We are responsible for our own healing and growing process.
